Therapy for couples or individuals age 14+ in person or utilizing HIPAA secured Telehealth.
In person therapy available for those local to Geneseo, NY. Virtual/telehealth sessions for individuals residing in NY, NJ, or ME.
Fee for self-pay individual clients is $150 per 50 minute session, and $210 per 90 minute couples sessions. Fees for evaluations and family sessions may be higher. Sliding scale is available based on need. Contact with questions.
HSA, debit card, and all major credit cards accepted with insurance reimbursement (superbill) receipts available upon request.

New York State Residents: Excellus BCBSAetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS of NY, BCBS of MA, Horizon BCBS of NJ
New Jersey State Residents: Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar, & Cigna
Maine Residents: Point32 Healthcare, Aetna, & Cigna
*Please contact Jacob to verify if your insurance is can be used to cover therapy sessions. Even if your insurance is not listed above you may still be able to use your health insurance. Check with your insurance provider on how to submit out of network claims for reimbursement. Insurance typically does not reimburse for couples therapy.
